We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Business Process Consultant (Senior Consultants)

  • 8+ years experience with business process improvement projects including management, design, process modeling, measurement and toolsets
  • Experience in validating process architecture designs to support business strategies
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices, business architecture, information architecture, application architecture and repository management
  • Gather and document end-user sessions utilizing process flows, use cases, interviews, workshops, and by investigation of existing systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, building and maintaining relationships with customers, ability to analyze issues and solve complex problems
  • Proven track record in developing/implementing new strategies/roadmaps to migrate from current to future state
  • Advanced knowledge of business process modeling tools
  • Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design
  • ERP Process design experience (SAP / Oracle) highly desired
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager highly desired
  • Good solid communication skills, understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms
  • Proven experience in examining and providing re-engineering recommendations

Business Process Consultant (Consultants)

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in designing, documenting and optimizing business processes
  • Consulting experience in business process improvement projects and/or business transformation projects
  • ERP environment experience and SAP Solution Manager a plus
  • Experience in model/map current state and *to-be* state business processes
  • Must have experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs
  • Understanding of process scenarios and process steps, EPC and flow diagram
  • Advanced knowledge of business process modeling tools

Enterprise Architecture Consultants

  • The VEA Enterprise Architect must combine technology strategy, business process design and project management expertise with excellent communication skills
  • 10+ years experience with the development of enterprise architectures in medium and large corporate environments with strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Manage projects that include teams of business architects, application architects and information architects to support the development of scalable, stable, and achievable enterprise architecture blueprints
  • Expert utilization of various techniques/approaches for capturing/assessing strategic/architectural requirements (scenario planning, concept maps, architecture trade off analysis, solutions)
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture modeling tools
  • Experience and expertise consulting with organizations on enterprise architecture initiatives in environments with diverse technologies, requirements and project priorities
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, methodology, business architecture, business process modeling, information architecture, information modeling, information architecture patterns, application architecture, application modeling, design styles and patterns, technology architecture
  • Experience with development of enterprise architecture organizational & governance models
  • Successful track record applying project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools to achieve targeted results
  • Proven track record in developing/implementing new strategies/roadmaps to migrate from current-to future-state
  • Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift due to changing situations
  • Experience in working with both business and technical personnel for the purpose of customer relationship management
