Zach Bennett brings more than 15 years of strategic consulting, project management, technology and business management experience to Visual Enterprise Architecture. An expert in Enterprise Architecture methodology, he leads VEA’s consulting practice. He has managed EA Programs and Business Process Management initiatives with numerous senior executives in commercial, pharmaceutical, energy, and government environments to maximize their project portfolio, technology governance, process hierarchies, and project prioritization challenges. His recent engagements include Purdue Pharma, SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria), SAIC, Altana Chemical, Capital One and General Cologne Reinsurance.
In addition to his consulting role, Bennett also leads training services at VEA and has trained more than 750 people on Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management tools.
Prior to joining VEA, Zach Bennett held various positions in the technology-consulting field, most recently with e-commerce provider Wrenchead Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Erick Argueta – Vice President Enterprise Solutions
Erick Argueta is Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and is responsible for strategic partnerships and corporate solutions worldwide.Throughout the 1990s, Argueta quickly advanced through the management ranks at Sensors Unlimited, Inc. (Princeton, NJ), a high technology manufacturing firm. During his production tenure he was responsible for a multi-million dollar production facility of near-infrared sensors, including supply chain operations and offshore manufacturing in South East Asia.Following this success, Argueta became a prominent strategy and business process performance consultant to several multi-national clients.
He has helped various global businesses design more effective business processes, foster innovation, and execute their corporate strategies.
Aniruddha Paranjape – Vice President Global Services
Aniruddha Paranjape has over 16 years of experience in technology, project management, consulting and solution delivery with software products and services companies. Paranjape has led several large-scale delivery and consulting programs over a full life cycle using distributed delivery model with teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He conceptualizes and delivers effective solutions by balancing the diverse client requirements and overall objectives of client budget, time for delivery, technologies to be used and resource requirements.
Prior to joining VEA, Paranjape held various positions in diverse sectors: consulting, program delivery, pre-sales with different software vendors catering to financial services, supply chain management, ERP, insurance and process re-engineering.He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Pune University, India, and Post-Graduation in International Business from SIFT.
Harry Hetrick – Director Client Solutions
Harry Hetrick is the Director of Client Solutions and is responsible for providing and supporting client based Business Process Management solutions. Hetrick brings more than 35 years of technology, project management, consulting, training and solution delivery experience to Visual Enterprise Architecture.
In his current position at VEA Hetrick has delivered numerous ARIS and Alfabet based projects supporting customer’s business process management and enterprise architecture management solutions across the pharmaceutical & life sciences, food & beverage, financial and consumer based industries. In addition to his consulting role, Hetrick also provides training services at VEA on Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management tools
Prior to joining VEA, Hetrick for 10 years at Software AG and IDS Scheer held various business development, consultingmanagement and education services positions supporting the delivery of ARISbased BPM/EA solutions. His client list includes B&W, DIRECTV, Alexion, Pfizer, BMS, Zimmer, Biogen Idec, US Army, US ARNG, John Deere, , Amgen, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Owens Corning, Boeing, Petro-Canada, BP, Hydro One, Merrill Lynch, ING, CSL Behring, Pepsi, and Halliburton.
Jeff Chancellor – Director Enterprise Solutions
Jeff has spent over 25 years working with public and private sector guiding companies to modernizetheir legacy application portfolios and developing strategic plans/practices for service-oriented architectures. He was a principal consultant with Texas Instruments Software where he led theclient/server practice using the Information Engineering Facility throughout the 90s. He worked with BPM startups that now manage key processes for Fortune 100 companies. He worked with several state governments in the areas of Health and Human Services and Environmental Resource Management. His work at Nissan North America helped to optimize and rationalize their regional and global application portfolios. And he led the evaluation, selection and implementation of Alfabet at Bank of America which was implemented across the enterprise.
Jeff has spent the last eight years working with Alfabet in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom/Broadcast, Manufacturing and Retail sectors. His focus areas are Enterprise Architecture Management, IT Strategic Planning, and IT Portfolio Management. He has conducted webinars and delivered training for over 1500 users across numerous client engagements.
Jeff is currently working with leading companies implementing Alfabet along with ARIS to provide a complete focus across Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management. His broad knowledge has helped customers develop highly effective governance and IT management best practices.
